In the following plant inspection, we identified issues with a conveyor that needed to be corrected.
The conveyor belt was wandering and cutting into the conveyor structure, so we installed Flexco belt aligners to ensure the belt stayed central throughout the length of the conveyor.
As part of the works, primary and secondary cleaners were installed to the head end of the conveyor to prevent any material carry back. Thor Atkinson are suppliers of Flexco’s belt conveyor products.
